Cancellation and Refund Policies

Learning Experience Cancellation Policy


1. Overview

At Dynamic Golf Solutions, we understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness to both our instructors and players while maintaining the quality of our services.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Prior Notice: Clients may reschedule a lesson with no penalty if notice before the scheduled learning experience start time. We request at least  24 hours prior notice so we may offer that time slot to another player. 
  • No-Shows: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee will be charged.


3. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If inclement weather prevents the lesson from taking place, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
  • Clients may not cancel due to weather unless conditions are deemed unplayable by the instructor or facility.


4. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If a cancellation is due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.


5. Refunds & Credits

  • Lessons canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.
  • Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.

Member Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Dynamic Golf Solutions, we aim to provide a seamless member experience. This policy outlines the process and terms for canceling your subscription.


2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by:

  • Contacting our support team at dynamicgolfsolutions@outlook.com.


3. Cancellation Effective Date

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until your subscription period expires.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If canceled before the renewal date, access will continue until the end of the subscription term.


4. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are provided for partial use or remaining subscription periods.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in special circumstances, such as billing errors or technical issues preventing access.


5. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. To avoid being charged, please cancel at least  7 days before your renewal date.


6. Reactivating a Subscription

If you cancel your subscription but wish to return, you may reactivate it at any time by selecting a new plan.


7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

Product Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Dynamic Golf Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer a refund under the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The product was purchased from Dynamic Golf Solutions and not directly from one of our partner sites (for example: golfforever.com).


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Personalized/custom items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.


4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please:

  1. Contact us at dynamicgolfsolutions@outlook.com  with your order details.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, photos of the product defect.
  3. Ship the item back to [Return Address] (if required).


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.


6. Exchanges
